MEGAN + BRETT
Prospect Park Winter Engagement Session
Photographed by Christian for Natura Collective // Brooklyn Wedding Photographer
Megan and Brett met up in our little corner of Brooklyn steps away from our office and a few blocks from home! We met at Parkside Creamery for some coffee and to get better acquainted. Whenever possible we always love talking and getting to know our couples in person before getting down to business and snapping photos! 🙂 I definitely shoot better after guzzling down an iced coffee with oatmilk, no matter the temperature.
After coffee we took a quick walk a block or two to get to the East side of Prospect Park. We were luck enough to still have some fresh snow on the ground too. We spent most of our time near the Prospect Park Concert Grove Pavilion and the Cleft Ridge Span. We ended up on the Lullwater Bridge and finishing the session on the steps of the Prospect Park Boathouse and Audubon Center.
From Megan and Brett’s five star review on Natura Collective’s Brooklyn Knot Listing
“Christian and Emilio came highly recommended, and they have lived up to the billing! Our wedding isn’t until July, but we met today for an opportunity to get to know each other and take a few engagement shots. We aren’t typically very comfortable in front of the camera, but Christian was incredibly easy to work with. He really helped us feel natural and at home during the shoot. He was incredibly patient and personable and really made us feel like he wanted to get to know us. He wasn’t just going through the motions, it was definitely a team effort! We can’t wait to see the results of the shoot, and we’re more confident than ever that our wedding photos are in good hands!”
With this being our first Prospect Park engagement session we are even more excited to shoot more frequently at the massive park in Brooklyn! It makes a great alternative for the always packed Central Park in Manhattan.
