CAROLYN + JASON

Carolyn and Jason were set to have a larger wedding at the Wythe Hotel in the summer of 2020. As so many of our other couples experienced, COVID-19 put a large wrench in those plans and the bigger celebration was delayed into 2021. The couple decided that the special day didn’t need to wait and they set out to plan a romantic backyard wedding at their home in Long Island. This Long Island Micro Wedding was witnessed by Jason’s parents with Carolyn’s tuning in from Australia to watch them exchange their vows.
If you’re having to reschedule your wedding day due to COVID and are still looking for alternative options for an intimate wedding in 2020, a backyard or socially distant wedding is the way to go! There are so many incredible spots throughout Long Island and NYC that you can use for your elopement or intimate wedding. We’re happy to help with that planning process and can provide additional details to those couples in need of some inspiration.
Bouquet by the incredible Julia at Fern Botanica! We absolutely ADORE working with Julia and highly recommend her for florals of any size or complexity. <3 Julia and so many other recommended vendors on our list are handling COVID with contactless options and strong procedures in place to encourage social distancing while providing the services you need.
